Hara Her’s in-depth knowledge of various fibers, mastery of processing cotton, efficient and safe methods of processing along with the energy and enthusiasm of the family’s next generation enabled the company to successfully integrate vertically to set up a state-of-art production facility in 2020.
We produce bleached virgin and comber cotton fibers in accordance to European, British, Japanese and American pharmacopeia.
Based on the customers requirements different types of cotton are bleached in fully automated kiers. Only hydrogen peroxide is used in the bleaching process.
High quality regular tests and standards are maintained throughout the production that allows us to deliver a consistent product to our customers, always.
Our bleached cotton has high liquid retention and absorbency and has extraordinary whiteness.

The processed fibers are shipped in bale form suitably packed in HDPE woven bags and stapled with PET Straps.
Bale size 1100x640x800mm [LxWxH] weighing approximately 140-160kgs.
